Shravan is a Chartered Accountant, presently providing consulting services on improving
business performance to business enterprises of all sizes, and aiding them in strategy
formulation, business planning, taxation, treasury management, due diligence, financial
reporting including budgeting, product pricing, business continuity and corporate compliances.
He is also a Registered Valuer (IBBI) and hand holds startups in business and financial modeling,
value discovery, valuation certifications and growth advisory; and has provided these
consulting and other assurance services to over 200 companies in the past.
He is also a qualified Company Secretary, a Diploma holder in IFRS from ACCA UK, and also
holds a Diploma in Information Systems Audit, ICAI. He has completed a course on Forensic
Audits and Fraud Detection by ICAI. He has completed the IBBI Examination on Insolvency and
Bankruptcy Code much ahead of the eligibility criteria.
He was the Chairman of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Bangalore Branch for
the year 2018-19 and also the youngest chairman to occupy the coveted position. Previously he
has held various positions like Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and Chairman of SICASA,
Bangalore Branch.
He has been elected to the Board of FKCCI (Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce &
Industry) for the term 2021-22 under the ‘Professionals’ Category. He is the Chairman of
Corporate Laws, Central Taxes and ADR Committees. He is also taking an active part in the
initiatives of the Manthan Committee and IT Committee of FKCCI
He has addressed at various forums on topics including Ind AS, Valuation and Companies Act.
He has been a speaker at various conferences and seminars held by colleges in Bangalore such
as St. Josephs College of Commerce, Sindhi College, Jain University, and ISBR Business School.
He has also been a speaker at ICAI, Bangalore Branch, ICMAI RVO and IIV RVO. He is a visiting
faculty at ICFAI, Bangalore, where he addresses students pursing MBA Courses.
